After the work for Moscow recruiting company “Contact and Partners” he moved to Kiev in 1998 and established “Grand Personnel” company dealing with management selection. Starting from 2000 the process of adaptation of outsourcing services to the Ukrainian law regulations has developed and as a result GP Group company was found with Alexey in chief: the first professional company on the Ukrainian market in the sphere of HR outsourcing and Staff Leasing in particular. Autumn 2004: Alexey combined several recruiting GP Group divisions and Ward Howell International Company holding the position of a Manager Partner of an international consulting organization and continued to supervise the development of GP Group business. Since 2007 at the position of GP Group Senior Partner he is fully absorbed in labor market researches/professionals and macro tendencies study in Ukraine, also develops new outsourcing services in this sphere. Alexandra Liepina, Executive Director and Leading Specialist in HR outsourcing.

Alexandra possesses MBA degree specialization in International banking and finance. Prior to join GP Group, Alexandra has worked for five years for a Ukrainian industry holding at the position of Financial Manager.

Alexander Yuchnevich, Director of MIR

Since 1997 he successfully has been working in the field of market researches. Possesses a wide experience in management of different departments both of international and domestic research companies. In 2003 he ran a research department in the Ukrainian division of Ward Howell Executive Search Company. In 2007 became a Director of Research company «MIR» (Market International Researches) specialized in the labor market researches. In the same year, jointly with «GP group»a mutual Project has been launched. The main goal of the project is to apply marketing tools in HR field to obtain efficiency of HR service.
